Construction Management
     

ENGlobal’s capabilities extend into construction and construction management within a number of industries, including, but not limited to: Refining, Chemical, Petrochemical, Oil and Gas, and Power. We maintain a fairly large construction organization of experienced full-time staff members to manage our construction projects. The services that we offer include: construction advisory, construction management, and turn-key construction. Our services are offered on a stand-alone basis and are executed both domestically and internationally.

HSES (Health, Safety, Environmental and Security) Management

HSES is a complete organizational core value within ENGlobal, and considered a line management responsibility throughout the organization. We have successfully developed, implemented, and executed key integrated elements determined by corporate policy regarding health, safety, environmental, and security issues, implemented through a behavioral-based program emphasized by training, leadership, root cause analysis and feedback. This feedback is measured through two basic means: trailing and leading indicators.   

By working within these leading indicators, we can measure the progress towards our goal that all accidents are preventable, annual safety targets are declared within ENGlobal, and each project is required to set and measure performance toward interim targets. Because of this commitment, our safety performance ranks us as one of the top performers in our industry.

Constructability
When executing a construction project, ENGlobal utilizes an approach that includes a checklist to assure that lessons learned, best practices and new construction technology are always considered. The Construction Execution Plan (CEP) is a detailed strategy describing home office and field construction activities, as well as interfaces necessary to plan and execute the project. Elements included in the CEP are as follows: staffing, constructability, construction project controls, infrastructure, subcontracting, material control, quality control, safety/security, logistics, rigging and lifting.

ENGlobal’s goal is to ensure that each design is practical in construction terms and makes good economic use of available resources, materials, and equipment. We achieve this through strict levels of quality control within our Quality Management System, assuring consistent levels of quality throughout each construction project.
