ENGlobal’s project managers regularly conduct progress meetings to maintain complete and effective communication and coordination with our clients throughout the project’s life cycle, ensuring project success. The purpose of each meeting is to review project progress and identify activities for the upcoming period. Attendance at the meetings includes lead project personnel. Teleconference participation is made available for our clients, who are always welcome to attend in person should they desire to do so. The minutes of each meeting are prepared in the form of an action list, with future accomplishment responsibilities identified.
