Project Planning

At the start of each project we find time to meet with our clients, listen to their needs and discuss what is important to them. During the project planning phase we take into consideration all aspects relating to safety, scope, organization and staffing, execution, controls, and reporting. Our policy is to document lessons learned and, where applicable, incorporate these into future projects. This "best practices" approach allows our teams to more effectively analyze options and produce the most cost effective solutions.

Project Execution

One of the key control documents developed for each project is the Project Procedures Manual. The Manual provides the pathway for execution and addresses the following:

Scope of work and project deliverables
Schedule
Roles and responsibilities of project participants
Project personnel address, email and phone numbers
Procedures for progress measurement and reporting
Safety procedures to be used when visiting the site
Methods and procedures for document identification, distribution, transmittal issuance and revision
Standards and specifications to be used
Documentation review and approval on the part of the client
Procurement Procedures
Construction Procedures
Commissioning and Start-up Procedures
