ENGlobal Announces Annual Meeting Results
HOUSTON, TX / ACCESSWIRE / June 11, 2020 / ENGlobal’s (NASDAQ:ENG) 2020 annual stockholders’ meeting was held this morning in North Houston.
Approximately 60% of ENGlobal’s total common stock outstanding was represented at the meeting, either in person or by proxy. Of those shares, over 90% were cast in favor of the election of William A. Coskey, P.E., Randall B. Hale, David W. Gent, P.E., and David C. Roussel, and approximately 86% were cast in favor of Kevin M. Palma to a one-year term on our Board of Directors, approximately 88% were cast in favor of the amended and restated ENGlobal Corporation 2009 Equity Incentive Plan, and approximately 96% were cast in favor of the ratification of the appointment of Moss Adams for the fiscal year 2020.
