Our Fabrication, Engineering Automation and Integration experience includes supporting client led enhanced oil recovery initiatives, gas treating facilities, dehydration plants, gas compression/distribution facilities, oil processing facilities, and gathering and metering stations.
Midstream core competencies include FEED and detailed design on crude pipeline projects, condensate stabilization facilities, ammonia treatment facilities, storage and offloading facilities, NGL recovery and fractionation systems, natural gas treatment facilities, dehydration units, sulfur recovery units, product and gas pipelines, compressor stations, pipeline control and SCADA systems, NGL and liquid products pipelines, pump stations and tank truck/rail car loading and unloading facilities.
ENG has engineered, designed and managed the construction of a wide range of hydrocarbon transportation and distribution systems, across the globe. These include pipelines, pump stations, compressor and metering stations. ENG has led projects in remote locations in harsh conditions, gaining specific experience with logistical constraints in these environments.
ENG’s personnel have also completed numerous projects requiring a wide skill set within the gas processing industry. We have been responsible for engineering, design, field programming, installation of gas compressor stations, construction of plant trains, procurement and inspection of all materials, equipment and fabrication, developing Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), Process & Instrument Designs (P&ID), and Instrumentation and Electrical (I&E) design, Material Take Off (MTO), equipment and instrument data sheets and specifications, vendor data reviews, and equipment technical bid tab generation.
Over the past three decades, ENG has successfully completed numerous projects requiring a specialized skill set within the gas processing industry. Our personnel have been responsible for the engineering, design, field programming and installation of gas compressor stations. This was executed from the development of process flow diagrams (PFD), process & instrument designs (P&ID), and instrumentation and electrical (I&E) design, material take off (MTO), equipment and instrument data sheets and specifications, vendor data reviews, and equipment technical bid tab generation.
ENG has implemented these controls in the field, through the construction of gas trains, procurement and inspection of all materials, equipment and fabrication execution, and installation.

Mr. Palma has served as a Director of the Company since June 2016, and is a member of the Audit and Compensation Committees.
Mr. Palma served as the Chief Financial Officer of B-29 Investments, LP, an energy private equity firm, from 2006 until he was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in December 2018, and also served as the Chief Financial Officer of B-29 Family Holdings, LLC, a family office, since its inception in 2014 until December 2018. In his role within the private equity space, Mr. Palma focuses on investment strategy, investment execution, and portfolio company management for both privately-held and publicly-traded companies.
Mr. Palma currently serves on several private company boards, including Silver Creek Oil and Gas, LLC, Caliber Completion Services, LLC, and Klear Bit Technologies, LLC. His past experiences on private company boards include Crest Pumping Technologies, LLC and TEC Holdings, LLC (which was recently rebranded as AXIS Energy Services, LLC).
Prior to his roles at B-29, Mr. Palma was a member of the energy investment banking team at Raymond James & Associates, focusing on capital market raises and merger and acquisition activity.
Mr. Palma is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas, and holds a Master of Business Administration from the Harvard Business School in addition to a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Texas.
