By keeping a clear focus on the world’s changing energy needs, ENG has the understanding, the experience, and expertise to provide a wide range of solutions that will meet tomorrow’s energy demands. We have decades of experience with the technologies employed in producing renewable fuels. We collaborate with technology licensors to develop and deliver complete operating facilities.
We develop solutions from Gas to Liquids for Stranded Gas, Bio Fuels and Hydrogen, and Biomass to Methanol. ENG’s strategic alliances and collaboration agreements with industry leading technology providers and major EPC construction partners enable us to provide complete turnkey and sustainable energy solutions for today – and tomorrow.
Our technical expertise and experience in refining and in hydrogen production make us an ideal partner for designing, fabricating, and supplying a grass roots facility or repurposing existing facilities for renewable fuels.
We develop solutions along the entire sustainable value chain, including: hydrogen production, renewable diesel (HVO) & jet fuels (SAF), ammonia and methanol. We are able to produce these products from a wide range of feedstocks; biomass, natural gas, crop seed oils and animal fats feedstock.
Renewable Diesel Plant – ENG & Seaboard Corpoation
ENG has extensive synthesis gas project experience with production from reforming, gasification and partial oxidation (POX). The synthesis gas fed projects, generating Fischer Tropsch liquids, Gas to Liquids and methanol as well as the production of hydrogen. The hydrogen produced from these synthesis gas projects were to be used as a direct fuel source, as a feed to fuel cells, used in hydroprocessing of vegetable and tallow oils and ammonia production.
Our extensive experience in refining, hydrogen, and synthesis gas production projects perfectly positions us to deliver renewable fuels, renewable chemicals, and sustainable energy projects around the world.
Hydrogen produced from synthesis gas with carbon capture utilization and storage is coming front and center during this energy transition. We are finalizing delivery of a modular hydrogen steam methane reformer to be used for hydroprocessing for renewable fuels.
Other projects include:
ENG is involved in the development and execution of a number of renewable fuels projects produced from a variety of renewable feed stocks from crop seed oils, tallow and waste oils to biomass waste. ENG’s collaboration with industry leading technology providers, coupled with a robust understanding of hydroprocessing and refining, facilitates the development of these critical projects. ENG’s ability to navigate complexities and challenges that hydroprocessing of these renewable feedstocks present, results in the delivery of cutting edge project solutions.
ENG’s success includes the completion and delivery of hydrogen modules for a renewable diesel plant in North America. This accomplishment was shared by a major major corporation, experienced in this field. ENG is continuing its growth in the industry with new projects. These opportunities include engagement with a key client for design and process options to further improve operations and carbon emissions. Working with advanced designs and concepts from companies like Haldor Topsoe, ENG pushes the envelope for improved efficiency in the minimization of carbon emissions.
