Chief Executive Officer

Mark Hess

Mark Hess has served as Chief Executive Officer of ENGlobal Corporation since January 2021. Prior to that, Mr. Hess has served in various positions, including Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, interim Chief Financial Officer from June 2012 to September 2012, and Corporate Controller from July 2011 until June 2012. Mr. Hess assumed the Corporate Secretary responsibilities in December 2017.

Prior to joining ENGlobal, Mr. Hess served as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Geokinetics, Inc., a publicly traded seismic data service company, from April 2008 to April 2010. From November 2004 to April 2008, he served as Director of Finance for CGGVeritas, a publicly traded seismic data service company. In total, he has over 35 years of experience in various accounting, merger and acquisition, and finance roles, primarily in public companies.

Mr. Hess is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Houston. He is an active member of Financial Executives International (FEI).

Bruce Williams

Bruce Williams joined ENGlobal in 2004 and has over 40 years of domestic and international experience in engineering and project management. In his current role, Mr. Williams leads the Renewable Energy business segment. He has also served ENGlobal as Chief Operating Officer from 2013 to 2017, as well as, Senior Vice President of Midwest/Southwest Operations, from 2012 to 2013, which included Engineering and Construction.

Mr. Williams has an undergraduate degree in Chemistry from the University of Northern Iowa, with post-graduate studies in Environmental Management from the University of Houston and MBA studies at Incarnate Word University.

Senior Vice President for Engineering and Automation Operations

Bruce Williams joined ENGlobal in 2004 and has over 40 years of domestic and international experience in engineering and project management. In his current position as Sr. Vice President, he is responsible for the Engineering and Automation operations in the Houston area. Mr. Williams served as Chief Operating Officer from September 2013 to April 2017. He previously served as Senior Vice President, Midwest/Southwest Operations of ENGlobal’s Engineering and Construction segment from September 2012 to September 2013.

Mr. Williams has an undergraduate degree in Chemistry from the University of Northern Iowa, with post-graduate studies in Environmental Management from the University of Houston and MBA studies at Incarnate Word University.

On March 19, 2020, CISA listed ESSENTIAL CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE WORKERS DURING COVID-19 RESPONSE to help State and Local officials as they work to protect their communities, while ensuring continuity of functions critical to public health and safety, as well as economic and national security. This list includes Critical Manufacturing as essential businesses and consists of the following:

“Workers necessary for the manufacturing of materials and products needed for medical supply chains, and for supply chains associated with transportation, energy, communications, food and agriculture, chemical manufacturing, nuclear facilities, the operation of dams, water and wastewater treatment, emergency services, and the defense industrial base. Additionally, workers needed to maintain the continuity of these manufacturing functions and associated supply chains.”

The President’s Coronavirus Guidance for America states that: “If you work in a critical infrastructure industry, as defined by the Department of Homeland Security…you have a special responsibility to maintain your normal work schedule.
