Darren Spriggs was named Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secretary and Treasurer of ENG Corporation in March 2021.
Mr. Spriggs has served as Corporate Controller of the Company since June 2019. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Spriggs served as Director of Accounting for ABM Industries Inc., a Fortune 500 company providing end-to-end facility solutions to commercial, industrial and governmental facilities, from April 2008 to June 2019.
From 2007 to 2008, he served as Financial Planning Manager for Kinder Morgan, Inc., a major midstream energy company whose pipeline network transports natural gas, refined petroleum products and crude oil. From 2002 to 2007, Mr. Spriggs served as a Financial Reporting Manager for David Weekley Homes, the largest privately held homebuilder in the U.S. From 2000 to 2002, he served as Assistant Controller for American Tower Inc., a leading independent owner, operator and developer of broadcast and wireless communication towers.
Mr. Spriggs is a licensed CPA and CMA in the state of Texas, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the Texas A&M University.

Doug Fieldgate is Senior Vice President, Oil & Gas for ENG. He is responsible for Upstream, Midstream and Downstream activities covering all aspects of EPFc, including offices in Tulsa, Denver, and fabrication facilities in Henderson, TX.
Mr. Fieldgate has more than 29 years of extensive experience in engineering, construction, fabrication and operations. With experience in upstream, midstream, and downstream industry, Mr. Fieldgate has served the energy sector globally, in key roles.
Prior to joining ENG, Doug was Vice President of Process Technologies, with CAM Integrated Solutions, where he was responsible for growing manufacturing and fabrication business lines.
Mr. Fieldgate also served as Senior Vice President for AECOM Oil and Gas, during which, he was responsible for engineering, self-performed construction, fabrication, operations and maintenance activities. This included both union and non-union oversight of onshore activities in the upstream, midstream and downstream sectors.
Doug’s international experience includes Harkand Group, where he served as General Manager, overseeing subsea construction, diving, IRM, and ROV-related installation projects. His responsibilities included all operations relating to offshore projects and JV companies operating in Mozambique, South Africa, Namibia, Angola, Congo, Ghana, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon and Nigeria. Additionally, Doug has served as Business Development Director, West Africa, for AMEC Foster Wheeler Americas. He was responsible for West African Operations, In-Country Project Management, and Business Development. During this time, Doug directed efforts developing major capital projects with greenfield and brownfield scope, including EPC, maintenance, and multiple brownfield offshore projects.

Kevin Holfeld is an experienced executive with a solid history of success in operations, finance, and business development within challenging environments. He has over 25 years working with government entities, publicly traded and privately owned companies with more than 15 years of executive management experience including acquisitions, startups, and growth of existing companies. In his current position, Kevin is responsible for ENG Government Services, focused on delivering a full suite of engineering and automation solutions to support federal, state, and local government needs. ENG Government Services provides a wide array of business solutions from custom designs and installations, to upgrades and maintenance reducing operational risks while improving efficiency.
Prior to joining ENG, Kevin held executive positions with Blackeagle Energy Services, EMS group, Benton-Georgia and AECOM.
Mr. Holfeld graduated from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and received his MBA from the University of Houston.

Lloyd Kirchner is a board member at ENG and Vice President of Zachry Group. Since 2014, Lloyd has held various executive positions in Engineering, Business Development, Safety and Quality at Zachry Group.
Formerly, Lloyd served as President and CEO of Commonwealth Engineering and Construction, where he also held executive positions in Operations, Sales, Marketing and Commercial Management. Lloyd joined Zachry Group through the acquisition of Commonwealth. Prior to Commonwealth, he was a founding employee of Capstone Turbine Corporation and held various executive positions in Engineering, Supply Management, Manufacturing and Product Development. Lloyd started his career with Amoco Corporation working in all three business units: Exploration & Production, Refining and Chemicals.
Lloyd received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rice University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago. He currently serves as a Board Member for the Post Oak School in Houston, the Baylor College of Medicine and Mercury Chamber Orchestra.
Previously, he was elected to the Executive Board of the Engineering and Construction Contracting (ECC) Association for 10 years, where he served in various leadership roles, including Board Chair.
